A small team that would rather do fewer things well.

No growth targets, no bench to keep busy. Just work we can stand behind.

Who we are

Tritiyobit started because we kept meeting people with a clear problem and a quote that didn't match it. Agencies were pricing for a team of twelve; freelancers were disappearing halfway through. There was room in between.

So the studio is deliberately small. You talk to the people writing the code, the scope is agreed before anyone starts, and when it ships you own all of it. That's most of what we're selling.

Fit

Worth knowing before you write.

Being clear about this up front saves everyone a fortnight.

  • Good fit
  • A first version that needs to be right rather than fast
  • An internal tool the team has outgrown a spreadsheet for
  • An existing codebase nobody wants to touch any more
  • A process that eats hours every week and shouldn't
  • Probably not
  • Work priced purely on the lowest hourly rate
  • A fixed launch date set before the scope exists
  • Staffing a seat on someone else's long-running team
  • Anything where we can't talk to the people using it
What we care about

Four positions.

  1. 01

    Say the awkward thing early

If a feature is a bad idea, the estimate was wrong, or the deadline won't hold, you hear it that week — not in the retrospective.

  2. 02

    Boring technology, mostly

We pick tools with long support windows and large communities. Novelty is fine in a prototype and expensive in production.

  3. 03

    Write it down

Decisions, trade-offs, and the reasoning behind them live in the repo. Six months later, that's what makes the code cheap to change.

  4. 04

    Finish properly

Handover, documentation, and a real post-launch window. A project isn't done when it deploys.
